The Kerry Cup takes place from July 6 - 11, 2025 in Waterville, Ireland and is available to rising 9th-12th grade students. The Kerry Cup is a unique opportunity for accomplished junior golfers to be instructed by prominent coaches from elite academic colleges and universities. Competing against talented junior players who aspire to play at the college level and enjoying the thrill of playing links golf at one of the world’s premier courses, players will emerge from this once-in-a-lifetime experience with a stronger game, with new friends and with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed as a college golfer and in life beyond.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience for any high school student truly serious about golf

As a teacher, coach, administrator at The Taft School, past Head at Berkshire School and current Head at Northwood School, I have spent my entire professional life working with high school age students. In addition to my work in schools, I founded National Hockey Training, an elite summer hockey program dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities for kids. Now I’m taking this passion for providing high school age students with memorable experiences and life-changing opportunities to the world of golf. By exposing high school golfers to exceptional mentors and coaches and a unique and dynamic golf experience in Ireland, The Kerry Cup does just that. I hope that you will join us this summer for an unforgettable experience.

Sincerely,

Michael Maher
